Why are you charging so little for the workshop?

I don't want money to be a barrier and in my 25+ years of entrepreneurship and my own journey of investing in myself - people don't value FREE. I have found that this little amount of money is just enough for people to not ignore :-)

How much money do I need to do my 1st commercial deal

My first commercial real estate acuisition was $99,000 and I sold it to my attorney a few years later for $250,000. As I show in the workshop, I suggest doing yourself a favor and making your 1st commercial deal a small one. These deals are everywhere as you will see.

Is this just another boring webinar with a long pitch at the end
